Searching method in this pricelist:

• Find correct exploded view of the heater for which you need parts.

• Find key number, partnumber and description on side page of each exploded view.

• Find part in alphabetical order for direct fired heaters in frontpages.

• Find part in key number ranking for all other heaters in pages near exploded view.

• Order parts with Desa Europe codenumber.

New Order Policies for 2002/2003 Seasons

1. Minimum value orders:

All orders will have a minimum value of 100 Euro’s

(after all dealer discounts are applied)

To cover administration fees

2. Orders will be shipped Via UPS Delivery (unless otherwise specified by the customer)

Various types of service will be available including:

Express next day service

Express saver next day service

Standard Two day service

Expedite service for shipments Outside the EC.

Shipping Costs will be added to your final invoice as in the past.

3. Package Tracking Ability

All packages sent by UPS Express, Express saver, and Standard

will receive a tracking number which will be sent to you as soon

as your order has been shipped. This will allow you to track your packages

from the moment they have been shipped to you.
